We wanted to share a brief update on the active cases our firm is pursuing right now. Several of these have important filing deadlines, and we’re finding that many of our former clients — and people who have contacted us over the years — may have one of these claims. If you, a family member, or someone you know has been affected by any of the matters below, please reach out. We’re glad to evaluate a potential claim at no cost to you.

Ozempic & Wegovy — Gastroparesis or Vision Loss (NAION)
Patients who took Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro and developed gastroparesis (stomach paralysis) or the vision-loss condition known as NAION may have a claim against manufacturers that failed to warn about these serious risks.
Social Media Addiction
We represent young people (now roughly 18–23) who were treated for an eating disorder or depression as a teenager — harms increasingly linked to the addictive design of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. Recent verdicts and settlements have reached into the millions, with more trials scheduled through 2026. If a young person in your life was targeted by these platforms and suffered an eating disorder or depression, contact us.
Firefighter Cancer — AFFF Foam & PFAS Gear
Firefighters exposed to PFAS “forever chemicals” in firefighting foam and turnout gear have developed cancers and other serious illnesses. The federal litigation now exceeds 15,000 claims, with bellwether trials expected in 2026. Firefighters diagnosed with cancer or Parkinson’s disease should reach out.
Olympus Scope Infections
Patients who had a colonoscopy or other scope procedure and were then diagnosed with a serious infection or sepsis — or a family who lost a loved one — may have a claim tied to contaminated Olympus duodenoscopes. These scopes are notoriously difficult to disinfect. Olympus issued a worldwide safety notice in late 2025, and new filings are accelerating.
Roblox — Predators Targeting Minors
Families are taking legal action against Roblox after predators used the platform to groom and exploit children and teens. The claims allege Roblox put engagement ahead of basic safety controls. Injuries include exploitation, abuse, financial blackmail, and the sharing of explicit images.
Oxbryta (Sickle Cell Drug)
Pfizer withdrew Oxbryta from the market in 2024 after evidence linked it to organ failure, stroke, and death in sickle cell patients. Claims allege the manufacturer failed to warn patients and doctors about these life-threatening risks.
Tepezza — Hearing Loss & Tinnitus
Patients prescribed Tepezza for thyroid eye disease have suffered permanent hearing loss and tinnitus. Bellwether trials are set to begin in August 2026 and are expected to drive settlement discussions.
